Riverside Surgery

<a href="about/home.htm">Our modern purpose-built surgery, completed in 1991, accommodates our group practice of seven partners, and members of their primary health care team, which includes doctors and their staff, practice and district nurses, health visitors, social worker and counsellor. Because the whole team is situated together, we are able to work closely to ensure our patients are provided with a comprehensive medical service combined with an unrivalled 'commitment to care'. </a> <a href="services/admin.htm">Attached to the practice is a health visitor for the elderly, an occupational therapist, community physiotherapists, diabetic liaison nurse and a community psychiatric nurse. We hope that by giving you, our patients, detailed information concerning the practice and its people, you and your family can make the very best use of the services we provide. Riverside Surgery is a seven-partner, semi-rural practice located between the Evesham Community </a>   <a href="doctors/drnj.htm">Hospital and the cemetery, overlooking the River Avon. It has a current listing of 13,500 patients, which is rising steadily. Our motto is 'SEDULI AD CURANDUM' which translates to 'COMMITTED TO CARE' - we aim to uphold this in every area of our service to our patients. The practice has an excellent team of ancillary staff, including a Practice Manager, Deputy Practice Manager, two Secretaries, a Senior Dispensing Technician, Two Nurse Practitioners and Three Practice Nurses. There are also a number of attached staff including Health Visitors, Midwives, District Nurses, a Social Worker, Chiropodist and Counsellor. The practice is fully equipped for the care of its patients,and is completely computerised. In addition to the Riverside Surgery, there are three other practices in Evesham (a five, a four and a two partner practice together with a four doctor practice in Broadway). The five practices make up the Evesham GP Association and keep in close contact to discuss issues of mutual interest. </a>
